Bids and RFPs

DMPM will provide fair and equitable treatment to all persons or firms involved in procurement by DMPM. DMPM assures that supplies, equipment, services, and construction activities are procured efficiently, effectively, and at the most favorable pricing available to DMPM. We will promote competition in contracting and comply with all applicable federal standards, HUD regulations, Oregon BOLI regulations, and other applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The DMPM procurement policy relates to both contracts and modifications for the procurement, leasing, and/or renting of:

1. Goods, supplies, equipment, and materials
2. Construction, maintenance, and consultant services
3. Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services
4. Social services
5. Other services as required

Invitations for Bids (IFBs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) will be posted on our website and advertised as a public notice.
