The Blueridge II Apartments are owned by the Housing Authority of Douglas County, Oregon and managed by Douglas Multi-Family Property Management Company. Blueridge I is an affordable housing program using HUD project-based Section 8 assistance for eligible elderly and disabled families. All units are 1-bedroom.
Families interested in renting at the property must meet the eligibility criteria of the Department of Housing and Urban Development including being an elderly or disabled family.

Non-emergency maintenance requests must be submitted in writing to the property manager or by submitting a request using our online form. Please remember to include a detailed description of your request or concern, the best time for the repair, and please specify if we have permission to enter if you are not home. Maintenance request forms are available at the front office.
