Orchard Knoll Apartments is a drug- and alcohol-free transitional housing complex located on the Roseburg Veterans Administration grounds. Apartments are single-room occupancy (SRO) with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities or studio apartments with a private bathroom and kitchen. Waiting list preference is given to United States Veterans first and then to case-managed individuals. The transitional housing period is typically no longer than two years with a maximum of four years during any individual’s lifetime.

Non-emergency maintenance requests must be submitted in writing to the property manager or by submitting a request using our online form. Please remember to include a detailed description of your request or concern, the best time for the repair, and please specify if we have permission to enter if you are not home. Maintenance request forms are available at the front office.
